Delete Your Account

Account Deletion Request

We're sorry to see you go. If you wish to delete your Hyzer Highway account, please follow the instructions below.

Option 1: Delete from the App

1. Open the Hyzer Highway app
2. Go to your Profile (tap the profile icon)
3. Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
4. Confirm your decision

Option 2: Email Request

Send an email to support@axiomtrinitylabs.com with:

• Subject: "Account Deletion Request"
• The email address associated with your account
• Confirmation that you want to delete your account

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, we will permanently remove:

• Your account profile and login credentials
• All saved trips and trip history
• Your favorite courses list
• Analytics data associated with your account
• All personal information

Important Notes

• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
• Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through the App Store or Google Play
• Processing may take up to 30 days
